The Archive: A Trip Down Memory Lane!

You know that feeling when you stumble upon your old photos from the Pinterest-Tumblr-Blogger-era of the early 2010s, wearing a high-low flowy chiffon tank top, those mint green skinny jeans, a neon statement bib necklace and an equally bright BFF arm-party bracelet stack, flash aviators and chunky platforms, coral lipstick and chevron-everything?? Yeah, ICONIC.😄 You laugh a little, cringe a little...but you also can't deny you absolutely live-laugh-LOVED every second of it!

But some things are simply meant to have their moment and become little time capsules. They end up becoming fond memories of a particular time, and as much as you loved them, you wouldn't be caught dead wearing the whole outfit today...or WOULD you??😅

Well... that's kind of how I feel about this collection, except some of these designs ARE still in my current rotation!

Being a creator-led brand is a funny thing. Nyuki started as a natural extension of me and my personal creative voice. But just like people, brands grow too. They discover what feels most like them, refine their voice, and slowly grow into themselves. As I've learned to step back a little and let Nyuki's design language evolve, I wanted to create this little home for my past creations I still truly love and treasure. While they may no longer represent where the brand is headed, they'll always be part of the story that brought both me and Nyuki here.

I'm so happy I still get to share them with you, because they represent important chapters in my personal creative journey, too.❤️
