How to Order

Simply follow the ordering process thru the website. Click "checkout" once you're happy with your selection, and fill-out the checkout form completely.

Payment

Payments are accepted via PayPal, Gcash, Maya, and BPI bank deposit for local customers. Payment details and instructions will be given upon checkout.

Reservation

Unpaid orders will be reserved for 24 hours only. If no proof of payment is received via email, the order shall be cancelled automatically.

Packaging

Nyuki makes use of environment-friendly packaging, like cardboard and paper. If you wish to receive your order bubble-wrapped, please note so upon checkout.

Domestic Shipping

Metro Manila (2-3 days): P100

Provincial Destination (5-7 days): P150

Free Shipping on all local orders worth P3,000 and up

SHIPPING SCHEDULE: Orders are sent out every Tuesday and Friday. Cut-off for payments the day before. Purchases completed on shipping days will be sent out the next shipping schedule. No rush orders, please.

International Shipping

We're currently working on our international delivery service. Please send us an email for inquires.

Returns and Exchanges

For hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns for our jewelry and hair accessories. All sales from our jewelry and hair accessory lines are final. We do, however, accept returns for unused items from our accessories and clothing line. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may email us and request to return your order and have the item/s returned/exchanged within 14 days from date of receipt. Items should be in their original condition, with tags and packaging still intact, and have not been tampered or damaged due to force majeure or the customer's misuse. 

Returned items are non-refundable, but may be exchanged with another item of equivalent value, or converted into shop credits. Please note that return shipping and handling costs shall be shouldered by the customer.

In the rare case that you have received the wrong order or a damaged item, please notify us immediately thru email to request a replacement or refund. Please provide images of the damaged item/s. We will gladly replace or refund your order within 14 days of receipt.

Repairs

We will gladly repair any mildly* damaged piece of jewelry or accessory for free within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the damage was not due to the customer's misuse and abuse of the product (i.e. swimming/ bathing while wearing the crochet jewelry, or using the item for other than its intended use). Please note that return shipping costs shall be shouldered by the customer.

*Mild damages include broken locks and clasps, beading details that have become loose, broken necklace chain links, etc. These do not include irreparable damages like torn crocheted parts and pieces, stained fabric, etc.

Customized Orders
