Are your earrings hypo-allergenic? We only use lead-, nickel- and cadmium-free jewelry findings. Our earrings are made with stainless-steel posts and hooks, so they're safe even for sensitive skin. However, only you can know your own sensitivities to certain materials, so we would advise to still shop at your own discretion.
Do the chains and metal components in your jewelry tarnish? Our chains and metal findings are made of stainless steel, so they're durable and do not tarnish. With proper care and storage, plated stainless steel does not fade easily and lasts a long time.
Do you accept credit card payments? We accept credit/debit card payments via PayPal. Payments can also be made via BPI bank deposit, Gcash or Maya (details will be sent upon checkout).
Do you have same-day delivery service? Same-day deliveries are unavailable at this time. Orders are sent out every Tuesday and Friday. Purchases completed on a shipping day will be sent out on the next shipping schedule.

Do you make custom designs? We do not accept custom orders at this time, but we can customize. Existing designs may be slightly altered according to your preferred size and/or colors, depending on availability of materials. Please email nyukiph@gmail.com for inquiries.
